The REWIN reality story

The company's founding story dates back to 2017, when Jakub Martišek began his career as a real estate agent in Bratislava. Over the course of three years he built several branches of a real estate centre and rose through the roles of branch manager up to commercial director of a company with more than 70 real estate agents.

Involvement in hundreds of real estate transactions, the launch and management of dozens of successful projects, securing sales within developer projects and expert training of real estate agents across Slovakia - all of these experiences led directly to the founding of REWIN reality.

Between 2017 and 2021 a clear understanding emerged of what works in the real estate business and what doesn't. It is precisely these experiences that became the foundation of a company that today helps people make their life decisions easier - whether it concerns selling, buying or financing a home.

REWIN reality specialises in the financing, sale and purchase of properties. The company has built its leading position in this segment thanks to a professional, innovative and personal approach that leaves clients with the feeling of an exceptional experience.

What is the history of REWIN reality?
REWIN reality, s.r.o. was founded in 2017. Founder Jakub Martišek previously held positions from real estate agent up to sales director at a company with more than 70 agents. Over the past 8 years we have participated in hundreds of real estate transactions, delivered several developer projects and become one of the most respected agencies in Bratislava.
What is your real estate brokerage licence?
REWIN reality, s.r.o. is a registered real estate agency under Slovak Act No. 246/2015 Coll. on real estate brokerage and Act No. 455/1991 Coll. on trade licensing. We are also a so-called "obliged entity" under § 5 par. 1 letter i) of Act No. 297/2008 Coll. on protection against the legalisation of proceeds from criminal activity (AML).
What are your fees and commission?
Our commission is individual and depends on the type of service. For property sales it is typically 3–5 % of the sale price. For rentals, a maximum of one month's rent. When representing buyers you pay only upon a successful purchase. Mortgage advisory is always free for the client — we are paid directly by the bank. The initial consultation and property valuation are always free with no obligation.
Where is your office located and where can we meet?
Our registered seat is at Bajkalská 2C, 831 04 Bratislava. Our office is at Plynárenská 7/C, 821 09 Bratislava. We are happy to arrange a meeting at the property itself or anywhere in Bratislava and the surrounding area, according to your preference.
What is the scope of your services?
We provide end-to-end service in four areas: property sales (valuation, presentation, marketing, legal service), property purchase (search, negotiation, legal audit), rentals (tenant screening, contract, management) and financing (comparison of mortgages from 10+ banks, full processing). For developers we offer location analysis, pricing, branding and complete project sales.
Which regions do you cover?
Our primary coverage is Bratislava and the Bratislava region. Upon individual agreement we also work in the Trnava region and other parts of Slovakia, particularly for developer projects and larger transactions. For residential sales and rentals, however, we operate most effectively within the wider Bratislava area, where we have the strongest network of buyers and tenants.
