The operator of the website rewin.sk is REWIN reality, s.r.o., with its registered seat at Bajkalská 2C, 831 04 Bratislava, Company ID: 51 305 607 (hereinafter the “controller”).

This policy describes which cookies and similar technologies we use on the website, for what purpose, how long we keep them, who has access to them and how you can withdraw your consent at any time.

Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device (browser) when you visit a website. They are used to store technical information, your preferences or to measure traffic.

By origin:

• First-party cookies — set directly by the rewin.sk domain (e.g. consent cookie).
• Third-party cookies — set by third-party services (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel).

By duration:

• Session cookies — deleted when the browser is closed.
• Persistent cookies — stored with a specific expiry (seconds/days/months/years).

We use cookies in compliance with Section 109 of Act No. 452/2021 Coll. on electronic communications, which requires opt-in consent for all cookies that are not strictly necessary to provide the service.

Necessary cookies are processed on the basis of the controller's legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR) — without them the website cannot function.

Analytics, marketing and preference cookies are processed only based on your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR + Section 109 (8) of Act No. 452/2021 Coll.). Consent is voluntary and can be withdrawn at any time.

Processing is also carried out in accordance with Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the protection of personal data and with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR).

The table lists the cookies that rewin.sk uses. We update the list with every change and bump the consent version when a new tracker is added — the banner will then reappear.

Some cookies are set by third-party services. These entities may process your data outside the EU.

• Google Ireland Ltd. — Google Analytics 4, Google Ads. Data may be transferred to the US parent Google LLC, which is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2023/1795). Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy

The primary legal mechanism for transfers to the US is the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF). For any non-DPF-certified services we apply Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) under Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2021/914. In all cases we apply appropriate technical and organisational measures under Article 32 of the GDPR.

You can withdraw or change your cookie consent at any time using the floating button „Cookie settings“ located in the bottom-left corner of every page.

Cookies can also be managed directly in your browser settings — the procedure differs by vendor:

• Google Chrome: Settings → Privacy and security → Cookies and other site data
• Mozilla Firefox: Settings → Privacy & Security → Cookies and Site Data
• Safari: Preferences → Privacy → Manage Website Data

Clearing cookies in the browser will cause the banner to reappear — your previous choice will not be preserved.

In connection with the processing of personal data via cookies, you have the following rights under the GDPR and Act No. 18/2018 Coll.:

• right of access to personal data (Article 15 of the GDPR),
• right to rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR),
• right to erasure — „right to be forgotten“ (Article 17 of the GDPR),
• right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR),
• right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR),
• right to object to processing (Article 21 of the GDPR),
